With the importance of supervision support now firmly recognised by professional bodies and purchasers of coaching services, have you been asking yourself any of these questions:

'What is the magic of coaching supervision?'
'Is supervision equally valuable for newly qualified and experienced coaches?'
'What is the advantage of a regular supervisor over and above drop-in group telephone supervision sessions?'
'What benefits will I see in my coaching practice?'
'What is stopping me from finding my own supervisor and where would I start?'

You are warmly invited to join us at this interactive, thought-provoking and experiential session where we hope to answer all your questions!

If you are a professional coach, an individual providing internal coaching for your organisation, a qualified and or unqualified coach then this session will be of interest to you.

The session will highlight what coaching supervision is, how professional coaches benefit from a coaching supervisor and the rich learning experience it offers.

By the end of this session, you will have:

  • Explored the purpose of coaching supervision and the different types of supervision available
  • Experienced a self check-in process to help prepare for supervision
  • Participated in a facilitated, experiential group supervision session
  • Observed the benefits supervision can bring to coaches, coachees and fellow supervisees
  • Taken away ideas, tools and techniques, shared experiences and have a much better understanding of what coaching supervision means for you.

We invite you to bring an issue from your coaching practice that you would be willing to explore, without identification, in a small, confidential and supportive supervision group. One volunteer will be selected in each group.
