Uunderstanding ourselves and our own coaching style is essential before we are able to assist others. Birth order can stimulate some fascinating insights into ourselves as well as our clients. The natural leader; the fairness-oriented peacemaker, the playful buddy; the fixer of all things. Others may not respond appreciatively to our style, which often results in doing it more! And ,as a result, difficulties can arise - which is often where coaches come in.
In this workshop we will explore your experience of where you came in the birth order in your ‘family’. What did you conclude about how to be in the world with others? And, as a result, what did you become good at? How aware are you of how this impacts your coaching style - and how you might adapt this for differing clients and their ‘presenting issues’.
Whether in a corporate environment, 360 follow-ups or in relationship coaching, … we will explore how to recognize classic scenarios and how to best tackle them.
This event will provide an interactive environment to practically explore the dynamics of relationships, whether these are related to corporate coaching, relationship coaching or every-day life. Do you ever get exasperated at your coachees? Are coaches at a loss as to why they are labelled irresponsible? Or are they always confused with life and lack direction … “life, don’t talk to me about life”
This event is suitable for everyone. We all have relationship dynamics that can be affected by challenges that, without awareness, can be invisible to us, and that with additional insight can seem a whole lot easier to diagnose.
