We are delighted to welcome Brett Sadler, a new to AC speaker, to speak for us in our recently re-established Cambridge region.

The 'Titanic Factor' keeps us locked into existing realities that aren’t serving us and unconsciously sailing towards outcomes we don’t want.  During this event w will look at the nature of Icebergs and how one usually only focuses on the tip.

The Butterfly’s Journey is a metaphor for U-Change, a simple but deep 3-step process (Engage – Connect – Transform) for achieving permanent change.  It helps us create the results we truly want by unlocking the brilliant future potential, for ourselves, our organisations, and society as a whole.

By the end of the session you will have:

  • Clarity on why we don’t always get the results we want
  • A whole new take on effective engagement
  • Learned how to connect with your future potential
