Leisha is a Registered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland and a member of their Division of Work and Organisational Psychology and Coaching groups. She is also a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and member of their special interest Coaching group. She has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College and a first class honours International degree from University College Dublin and Université de Lille 3. She also has a Diploma in Coaching from the Coach Institute of Ireland and is a Member of the Association for Coaching. Leisha’s early career saw her establishing and managing busy HR Departments, and she supported the growth of these organisations through the introduction of a range of best practice HR initiatives. She has worked in consultancy for over a decade, and her clients range from SMEs to large scale public sector institutions. Leisha’s special interests are psychometrics, coaching, talent and change management. She is increasingly involved with maternity coaching and supporting clients with their wider health and well- being. She has lectured at university level and has had several articles published in professional publications and national newspapers. Leisha is married and lives in Dublin, with her husband and two young children.
