Jeannette Marshall - Chair; Head of Standards and Accreditation, UK. Jeannette is an AC Accredited Master Executive Coach, has achieved accreditation with the Coaching Academy and has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching. As Head of Coaching at Marshall Vere Associates, Co-founder of Purposeful Connections and through her work with the AC, she is passionate about crafting coaching programmes that bring about measurable changes in individuals, teams and organisations. Jeannette excels in bringing groups together to focus on a common objective. Her delivery style is highly motivational, charismatic and energetic. Helen Bullock


Helen Bullock - Head of Professional Forums, UK.  Helen works as an Executive and Personal Coach. She has much experience of working in Public and Private sectors, where she has  delivered training, coaching and facilitation.  As owner of Helenbcoaching she is passionate about working with individuals and teams, from Board level to Junior Management, to reach their true potential.

Helen has a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching, is CIPD and ICSA qualified and NLP Practitioner.  Her coaching practice is underpinned by neuroscience, psychodynamics and transactional analysis. Through her training and experience she is able to notice and feedback patterns to her clients and support and challenge them on their way to greater effectiveness.

Lee Cannon


Lee Cannon – Head of Resear,ch and Business Development, UK.  Lee is a Coaching Psychology Practitioner and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Coach working with corporate and private clients.

A natural problem solver, he inspires clients by helping them clarify their vision for the future and facilitating changing thoughts into action. He has particular interest and experience in accompanying people with anxiety problems in real world situations to help them overcome their fears.   

He spent over 20 years working in the music, entertainment and creative technology industries in senior management and leadership roles. This experience ranges from start-ups to major corporations, with a focus of bringing people and ideas together, before making a natural transition to coaching.

Lee has a Diploma in Coaching CBT and is studying MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at UEL, the first postgraduate masters programme of its kind in the world. His research dissertation is on the application of music to well-being and coaching.
