The Key to Coaching Millennials & Gen Z
(from the perspective of two millennial coaches)

In the next 2 years, Millennials* will comprise over 50% of the workforce in both the UK and the US, whilst Gen Z* will comprise 36%.

And yet, Millennials are the ‘least engaged workforce’ according to Gallup in their pioneering study of ‘How Millennials Want To Work and Live’. In the same study, they estimated that millennial turnover, due to lack of engagement, costs the US economy $30.5 Billion annually.

In this webinar, we are going to explore what is unique about Millennials and Gen Z’s; what is the impact they have in the world, and how this should influence our coaching approach.

This webinar is for anyone coaching, interested in coaching or simply anyone working alongside these generations and wishing to gain an honest insight into their perspective of the world.

*‘Millennial’ refers to anyone born between 1979 and 1995, whilst 'Gen Z' refers to anyone born between 1996 and 2010.

In this webinar, we will interview Chloë & Robin to find out:

a)        What is unique about Gen Zs/Millennials?

b)        What has made them unique?

c)        What is their impact on the world/the workplace?

d)        How to coach Millennials/Gen Z’s and the possible impact coaching can have on these generations.
