Coaching Culture in your Organisation

Once a luxury strictly for executives, coaching is now being extended to all employees in the organization for developmental purposes. It’s not just a perk for rising stars. Today coaching is woven into the culture of the organisation and impacts people at every level.

Developing a coaching culture is a game changer that shifts the way people work together. It’s been proven that companies with strong coaching cultures have much higher employee engagement, greater revenue growth and radical improvement of results.

You know you have a strong coaching culture when coaching conversations flow in all directions. Learning becomes a way of life as people actively seek training and feedback.

Discover how this program will benefit you:

We will share best practices, challenges and learn from each other. We will also draw on the AC resources to support you on your journey and explore questions such as:

  • How are you using coaching in your organisation?
  • Have you developed a coaching culture?
  • What is the role that HR plays in building coaching culture?
  • What help do you need to build or grow a coaching culture in your organisation?

Preparation & Resources:

Come with open mind and a willingness to be curious and playful.

Be ready to join in and share your own reflections, experiences and questions.

The Virtual Roundtables are a Digital Learning initiative of the AC, offering our corporate members the opportunity to learn from each other and build a community that they can reach out to.

The lunch-time Virtual Roundtable meetings promise:

  • A marketing-free, inclusive, and peer-based learning space for HR practitioners and internal coaches.
  • A community of professionals to provide peer support for developing the coaching capabilities in their organisation.
  • Ways to apply the resources available in AC and learn about and practice new coaching concepts.
