Rosemary has been coaching since the late 1980s - both internally and independently to organisations and to individuals.
In the 1990s whilst looking for professional development which could underpin her practice she discovered the ’topographical’ and ‘geological’ maps of transactional analysis - and went on to qualify in Organisational applications of consultancy and coaching; and then Educational applications to learning and development - resulting in writing the book TACTICS (with Trudi Newton - they also wrote the TA chapter in the Sage Coaching compendium).
Later Rosemary added to her BACP qualification with TA Counselling. She also qualified as a supervisor and trainer in each of these areas, which include coaching, and provide in depth learning at TAworks in Oxford. She provides TA-based coach training in Brazil annually, and from time to time in India, Japan, and various European countries.
