What is it?
The programme, which is accredited by The Association for Coaching, runs over six months to give you time to embed the learning, practice and develop your coaching style. The workshops are highly practical and emphasise actual coaching, not just talking or reading about it. Completion of The Coach House programme will also give you the training you need to become an associate member of the Association for Coaching.
Who is it for?
We welcome anyone wanting to learn about the world of coaching. You may be managing and leading people within an organisation and looking for leadership coaching training to support you in your role, or you may be a trainer, adviser or consultant looking to develop, or formalise, your coaching skills and techniques. You may want to use coaching in your current role, in the life coaching industry, in business… Or you are looking to boost your skills before returning to work, or when looking for new opportunities. How we deliver
We run our programme in line with the Association for Coaching competency framework and the AC and EMCC joint Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors. In every workshop you will learn new topics, theories and models and most importantly you will have lots of time to practice your coaching skills and get feedback. We will give you access to some fantastic guest speakers who are at the top of their game, to help you learn from the best in the industry.
