Professor Peter Hawkins has been one of the leading pioneers of Team Coaching having written several best-selling books on the subject and running trainings in Systemic Team Coaching all around the world from China to America and from South Africa to Scandinavia.
This webinar series will present his much-used approach and models including the five disciplines of highly effective teams and the CIDCLEAR team coaching process. The series will be highly interactive with the opportunity to ask questions before, during and after each webinar.

This webinar will share Peter Hawkins’ global research on “Tomorrow’s Leadership and the Necessary Revolution in Leadership Development” and will show how leadership is moving from the individual ‘heroic’ leader to a collective and collaborative leadership. How this requires developing collective leadership teams and coaching the connections, not just between individuals but between teams and their stakeholders.
Webinar 2: Coaching the five Disciplines of Systemic Team Coaching
This webinar will present the “Five Disciplines of Highly Effective Teams” – Commissioning, Clarifying, Co-creating, Connecting and Core Learning and show how each requires a different type of team coaching.
Webinar 3: The team Coaching process – the stages of working with a team over a year and how to evaluate effectiveness
This webinar will present the stages of the team coaching process, and the CIDCLEAR model. It will cover initial contracting, the co-inquiry, co-discovery and co-design process, how to interweave off-site workshops with coaching the team live on their internal meetings and stakeholder engagements; with coaching individual team members.
Recordings and slides will be made available for all registered participants.
Peter will be sharing the essential model tools and processes for Systemic Team Coaching as well as further reading, podcasts and training that those attending can go on to.
Peter Hawkins is Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, Chairman of Renewal Associates (www.renewalassociates.co.uk ), and founder and emeritus Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group, Chairman of Metaco South Africa and Honorary President of the Academy of Executive Coaching and APECS. He is a leading consultant, writer and researcher in leadership and leadership development and an international thought leader in executive teams, systemic team coaching and coaching supervision. He recently led a major global research project on Tomorrow’s Leadership and the Necessary Revolution in Today’s Leadership Development for Henley Business School and finished writing the second edition of Leadership Team Coaching in Practice to published in July 2018 by Kogan Page.
