Executive coach Lorraine Steele and artist Peter Moolan-Feroze integrate coaching with art to create a powerful tool for coaches that produces unexpected and transformational forms of learning and insight for clients.
Businesses operate in an increasingly complex world which requires the coach to consider new and more flexible models of practice to support clients in navigating the demanding and unpredictable global climate. Creativity in Coaching addresses this need.
Core to why Peter and Lorraine developed Creativity in Coaching is their shared business philosophy that by combining two different disciplines it challenges coaches to be more innovative thereby deepening the experience for the client by increasing the coach’s effectiveness.
The workshop uses enjoyable and inspirational drawing exercises and pairs them with existing coaching interventions.
No drawing skills of any kind are needed to thoroughly enjoy this event.
- Learn to use drawing exercises designed specifically for 1-2-1 coaching that enable the client to move away from words, dwell in their feelings to gain deeper insight into self and “unleash” further potential
- Expand your range as a coach strengthening your personal creativity and confidence and, in turn, encourage your clients to do the same
- Provide a rich experience for your client creating enjoyment and new energy that will enhance the client’s resourcefulness.
- Discover how artists think and how they embrace ambiguity, uncertainty, disruption and change - the world that our clients currently navigate - for maximum impact
