This workshop builds on Paul's work on creating Fear-Free Organisations to now Activating Energy in 21st Century Organisations. Which for him raises the question 'what is an organisation in the 21st Century'?
Paul Brown is Faculty Professor of Organisational Neuroscience at Monarch Business School Switzerland. Practising as a clinical and organisational psychologist and executive coach and supervisor, he teaches applied neuroscience around the world whilst now living between Vietnam and Laos. His fundamental professional interests are in developing an integrated theory of the individual and the organisation, starting with the modern understanding that human beings are not primarily psychological systems but, like the rest of the world, sources of energy. Paul has co-authored several books including, The Fear-Free Organization.
Our exploration will also consider such questions as:
- What it takes to be an emerging leader today?
- How to create high trust?
- How to tune into 'field awareness'?
- How to mobilise energy?
In thinking about the organisation, we will naturally also be thinking about the individual, groups and teams.
We will take a systemic perspective and a 'get real' approach on how to use the whole of the brain, and the way it is interlinked to the heart and gut in and what you can practically do in the contexts in which you are working.
