Holding the Liminal Space for Transformation in Coaching
“Holding The Liminal Space” is a metaphorical container for the transformative interaction between a coach and client. In this context, liminal relates to a transitional process that can be facilitated by applying the skill of Open Awareness, thereby creating the optimal context for exploration, growth and transformation in coaching sessions. It is also a practical way in which coaches can help their clients to dis-identify from the stressful, fearful and disruptive content of the mind.
This webinar is dedicated to Coaches who want to enhance their ability to establish deep report with their clients and hold the space for transformation to occur naturally in coaching.
In this webinar, we will interview Jevon Dangeli to find out:
- The one fundamental factor that underlies all the issues that clients hope to resolve through coaching.
- How to elicit this underlying factor, and how to begin transforming its previous effect into a more resourceful response.
- The role of Open Awareness in cultivating mindful resourcefulness, receptivity, empathy, compassion, and a sense of interconnectedness.
We will also consider key learning points such as...
- The value of a transpersonal approach, such as Open Awareness, in coaching.
- How ‘spiritual solutions’ can be useful to people with 'real life' problems.
- The practical application of transpersonal states and perspectives in coaching sessions.
