Format

This day will help participants understand more about positive psychology and what constitutes the pillars of psychological wellbeing.

Coaches will develop a language to celebrate their clients’ strengths and become clearer about the fuzzy thing that everybody seems to chase their whole life: Happiness.

We will lay foundations from which to explore the field of positive psychology in relation to coaching practice and provide a range of options of how to integrate it into your existing practice.

The overarching goal of this event is to help coaches understand the main tenets of positive psychology and how it may inform coaching practice. The end goal is to empower you, as well as your clients, to understand and apply some of the principles of positive psychology and as a result live more happy and meaningful lives.
