About the event

The Association for Coaching (AC) is delighted to invite you to attend an evening workshop ‘Exploring the Concept of “Advanced Practice” in Coaching' with Professor Christian van Nieuwerburgh.  This workshop will delve into the insights gained while Professor Christian van Nieuwerburgh researched his soon to be published latest book: Advanced Coaching Practice – Inspiring Change in others

Structured around nine tensions which commonly occur in coaching - the book provides the knowledge and confidence to become a skilled coach practitioner, hence this workshop opens up these discussions. The workshop will touch on findings in various chapters of his published works, which address key practice issues, such as being focused on process and prioritising the relationship; being challenging and letting things go; being ethical and staying true to personal values.  The workshop will discuss current thinking in the coaching field as it relates to the tensions under discussion to help extend learning and enhance reflective practice.

Member Price AUD 55.00 / £ 29.50,  Non-Member Price AUD 75.00 / £ 40.25*.
