Unlocking Leadership Mindtraps

The Association for Coaching is delighted to welcome Dr. Jennifer Garvey-Berger to lead a webinar entitled ‘Unlocking Leadership Mindtraps’, based on her book of the same name. Using her background in adult development, complexity theories, and leadership consultancy, Jennifer discerns five pernicious and pervasive ’mindtraps.’

By exploring how these mindtraps have been helpful in a simpler world and how they capture us now, Jennifer helps us update our thinking and practice for the complex world of today. Once she has taught you how to recognize the traps, Jennifer will offer powerful questions and approaches to help escape these patterns. Whether you’re leading a company or a family, learning about these mindtraps -and how to escape them- can change your life.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • Five pernicious and pervasive leadership ‘mindtraps’
  • Why these natural impulses do not serve leaders in a fast-moving world
  • How powerful questions and approaches can help leaders escape these patterns.
