The Association for Coaching (AC) Ireland are delighted to invite you to join us for the launch of our Manifesto for Supervision.
The event will explore how engaging with supervision can help you deepen your organization’s coaching practice.

- In this session you will learn how supervision can help you add more value to your coachees whist deepening your own self understanding and effectiveness in the coaching conversation.

Paula is founder and MD of Wilson Sloan Consulting Ltd. An accredited and qualified coach, executive team coach and psychometrician, she has trained with Nancy Kline as a Thinking Partner, Facilitator and Time to Think Coach (TTT) and with MIT, Boston in Solving Complex Business Problems through Systems Thinking. She has established a reputation as a specialist in Executive Coaching, Leadership Assessment and Development and has worked in the field of business psychology, enabling leadership and business growth for 20+ years. Paula is an accredited coach supervisor qualified through the Coach Supervision Academy Diploma (EMCC, ICF). Paula is the Ireland representative of the Association of Coach Supervisors in Europe.
As with all Association for Coaching events, your attendance will qualify you for a CPD (Continuous Professional Development) certificate, which will be emailed to you after the event.
