About the event
Introducing the AC Australia NSW ‘Light and Easy Speaker Series’. We are delighted to invite you to an evening workshop with Professor Reinhard Stelter titled 'Working with Values in Coaching'. Values give individuals a fundamental orientation for their work and life in general. As such, values are a central issue and rich area for exploration in coaching.
In times of hyper-complexity and huge personal challenges, reflecting on our values becomes an essential part of our meaning-making. Values are the entrance point to our lived experience and practical wisdom in work, leadership, and life. Values are the implicit foundation for action and psychological resilience. They provide personal ‘bearings’, generate agency, and provide a basis for expressing personal authority. Values evolve and gradually unfold in the partnership between the Coach and the Coachee.
Professor Reinhard Stelter will invite us to take a closer look at how coaching can support a level of reflection that enables the Coachee to explore their values, and act purposefully and with a heightened sense of personal authority. Those who attend the event will receive a 20% discount on Professor Reinhard Stelter's acclaimed book, 'The Art of Dialogue in Coaching'.
Member Price AUD 25.00 / £ 13.25, Non-Member Price AUD 35.00 / £ 18.50 GBP*
