Parenting Coaching: Key Insights to Empower Mindful Solutions
Parenting is the most important job we will ever do!
Whether you are a parent coach, a life coach, a professional working with children and families, or a parent or grandparent, this webinar series will uncover how parents can be empowered to create mindful solutions to the challenges of child-raising. Including developing confidence and nurturing cooperative behavior.
Discover the insights and skills of a Coaching Approach to Parenting that can lead to calmer, happier relationships.
This learning journey will support the development of positive strategies in these contexts:
- Coaching parents
- Health, caring and education sectors
- Applying a coaching approach in the home
- Parenting toddlers, pre-teens or in between
The course is based on Val Mullally’s Three Tenets of a Coaching Approach to Parenting.
In this webinar series you will learn:
- The transformative potential of a coaching approach to parenting;
- How to respond to key issues that parents raise;
- Coaching tools to support parents to create better connection, communication, and cooperation.
We will also consider key parenting issues such as:
- Why punishment doesn’t work and why discipline does
- Supporting parents regarding issues of self esteem
- Key information from neuroscience and how it can impact parenting
During the sessions, we will consider both the coaching context and also how the parent can integrate this awareness and skills into the home.
Each week will include a question and answer opportunity.
