About the event
The Association for Coaching ACT/NSW is delighted to invite you to our inaugural online event: Dr Paul Lawrence sharing insights on successfully navigating change.
In today’s VUCA world, successful organizations are coming to understand that change is constant. Yet the way we try and cope with change is still based on outmoded principles of cause and effect, methodologies that implicitly assume we can control outcomes. In this session Paul will compare and contrast traditional approaches to change with more contemporary thinking, and outline how leaders - indeed anyone working in an organization – can manage change more effectively. Along the way Paul will talk specifically about coaching and outline how coaches can play a more useful role in organizations than traditional models suggest.
The event offers a place for engaging in a community that strengthens our professional practice and shares a passion for coaching.
