Staying Agile in Uncertain Times

In today's era of rapid change, heightened unpredictability and disruption everywhere, it is not enough to be fast.

True leadership and organisational agility are founded in manoeuvrability and responsiveness.

Digital and agile techniques have revolutionised approaches to leadership and value creation in many large businesses, placing coaching at the centre of supporting change.

This webinar series focuses on how coaches and leaders can apply agile principles to support business and personal transformation, navigate uncertainty and not only survive, but thrive in an unpredictable world. Unmissable insights from the author of Agile Transformation, the bestselling book on digital transformation.

In this webinar series you will learn:

  • How to apply agile principles to evolve approaches to coaching and leadership
  • The approaches to leadership key to digital-native businesses like Google and AmazonThe role that coaching can play in supporting business and digital transformation

We will also consider key learning points such as:

  • How agile approaches can help build resilience
  • How digital-native businesses support a culture of learning fast
  • Fundamental agile coaching techniques

Topics and schedule for the webinar series

**Live webinars will take place at 13.00 BST on the above-mentioned dates.

Webinar 1: Dealing with Uncertainty

This first webinar sets the context for how leaders and organisations can best navigate complex adaptive environments, digital transformation, and the fundamentals of applying agile culture and ways of working to coaching and leadership.

Webinar 2: Applying Agile Principles to Navigate Change

The second webinar builds on the first, going deeper into how agile techniques are catalysing new approaches to leadership and new ways of operating to support business and digital transformation in many large organisations. We look at how fundamental principles and practices can be applied to support greater adaptability.

Webinar 3: Coaching Agile Leadership and Culture

The third webinar considers the role of coaching in supporting agile transformation, new agile leadership approaches, and the culture to collaborate well, move and learn fast. We look at the role that behaviours including curiosity, aligned autonomy, and psychological safety can empower agile culture and the key part that coaching can play.

Recordings and slides will be made available to all registered participants.
