Tomorrow's Global Leaders Today: Executive Reflection for Working Wisely in Turbulent Times
Leaders now find themselves working virtually and globally with extreme uncertainty and unprecedented complexity.
Elaine Patterson and Jackie Arnold are calling for a new style of leadership called “Executive Reflection” which fills the void left by more traditional models and approaches.
This is a radical approach for our radical times.
Their work is based on new research, interviews, and new thinking to support, resource and encourage the global leader. This is a vital part of delivering both their organization’s purpose and contributing to the United Nations 2030 Seventeen Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
In this webinar, Elaine and Jackie will share their definition of Executive Reflection as the new leadership style for now. They will ask “What does leading wisely in turbulent times in our Global, Virtual and Diverse World mean for you?” and “what does it feel like for practitioners to help leaders to lead wisely in our VUCA world?
Together we can sense into what the next steps for us both individually and collectively.
