About the event
Many of us are experiencing complex feelings about the Covid-19 pandemic and the changes this has created in our lives. You may have noticed that your coachees/employees often need time to process those feelings before they are able to engage in the higher cognitive tasks involved in coaching. How do we support that process without tipping into counselling?
The Association for Coaching Queensland is holding our Key Quarterly Event online, so please join us via ZOOM on Wednesday 26th of May from 5:30 -7pm. In this session we have the esteemed executive and leadership coach, Rachel Collis taking us on a journey of exploration that will help participants to:
• Understand what feelings might be coming up for others when you are coaching
• Engage with coachee’s/employee’s emotions in a productive way:
• Reflect on what work you may need to do, in order to have the capacity to hold this reflective space for coachees/employees.
In this interactive session, Rachel will share some relevant theory, provide a live coaching demonstrate and give you the chance to practice your own skills.
Please prepare to be on the call from 5.15pm (AEST) for a 5.30pm sharp start.
We are also very excited to announce or lucky door prize in advance, which will see one of our AC local members receive a complimentary coaching session with the amazing Rachel Collis.
