As coaches, we are familiar with resilience. We guide our clients to becoming more resilient and bounce back from difficulties.
What about the resilience of our businesses? There is no denying that the way we work as coaches has lately been affected and so has our clients’ circumstances. Financial resilience plays a vital role in our ability to navigate our businesses through challenging times, which is what we propose to address in this virtual event.
Join us on the 15th of June for a practical session providing tools and exercises to help you stay financially and mentally resilient during times of uncertainty and change.
From finance practicalities like revenue and cashflow to money mindset and attitude to selling, we will explore them together, guided by Alisa Barcan.
There will be time for you to apply the tools to your own business, brainstorm ideas with other coaches, network and ask questions.
You can expect to walk away with an analysis of your business and mind and an action plan for what you need to focus on to maintain or increase your financial resilience.
In this Virtual Event you will understand:
- What financial resilience is
- Where are you now (financially and mentally)
- What aspects of your business do you need to focus on?
- Money mindset: selling, charging, pricing
- How to:
- Optimize expenditure
- Refill pipeline
- Increase revenue
- Prepare for the future
Alisa Barcan is the founder of The Savvy Corner, a safe space for people to talk openly and honestly about money. As a Financial Coach and Consultant, she helps people re-write their £inancial stories.
Her clients and audience are individuals who have the potential and desire to improve their personal or business finances but lack the skills or confidence to do so.
As a Chartered Accountant, Alisa imparts technical knowledge to her clients but also helps them identify and change bad money habits and beliefs which prevent them from having a better relationship with money.
Coaching with Alisa is a transformational experience which her clients describe as follows:
“Alisa has superpowers! (…) For someone who finds it difficult to make decisions, Alisa gave me the courage to follow my dreams, sort out my finances and be able to turn down activities that I felt didn’t benefit my personal and financial growth.”
“Her rare gift is strong business acumen combined with a deeply empathetic and straightforward approach – you feel that she cares a lot, she wants you to succeed and hence notices and tells you things that nobody else will dare to say. She challenged my thinking on more than one occasion and helped me get my fears, worries and self-doubt out of my own way.”
Alisa uses a combination of standard coaching techniques, innovative approaches rooted in behavioural economics & gaming theory and traditional financial models to facilitate results which are impactful and lasting.
She also teaches Fundamentals of Building a Financially Viable Business at The University of Cambridge, UK. You can find her at The Savvy Corner
