Speakers

Grattan Donnelly and Chris Chapman

Format

This will be a highly interactive event, integrating simple mindfulness practices with some theory and input, infused throughout with mindful dialogue in small groups.

The convergence of crises demand different ways of thinking, behaving, being and acting.

MIT Professor and Author, Otto Scharmer says:

“Collectively we create results nobody wants.”

How can we as coaches, drawing on the wisdom and ethics inherent in mindfulness, support and challenge leaders to navigate uncertainty, develop resilience and act courageously and face the enormous challenges of these times? How might the nine attitudinal foundations of mindfulness support us to let go of our conditioned ways of being, ‘see with new eyes’, and co-create with our clients more holistic and compassionate ways of acting and being?

This Virtual Event you will:

  • Learn simple mindfulness practices you can integrate into your coaching session
  • Learn how cultivating the nine attitudinal foundations of mindfulness can stimulate ‘fresh perspectives’ for both coaches and clients
  • Discuss how the attitudinal foundations can  support and challenge us to respond to these crises in more human and compassionate ways
