Fast to learn and easy to use, the Five-Minute Coach is a powerful, Clean Language-based coaching tool suitable for all coaches, from the trainee to the highly experienced. In this session you’ll have practical experience of core parts of the Five-Minute Coach framework, experiment with Clean questions and experience getting out of your client’s way! You’ll discover the Five-Minute Coach approach to action planning which breaks through procrastination, psychological blocks and unhelpful patterns.
You will be invited to reflect on your own outcomes for the session, practise your skills and coach, and in turn be coached, to elicit a plan to achieve your goal. There will be debriefs and opportunities for Q & A. All in all, an action packed event!

Lynne Cooper, AC Accredited Master Executive Coach and CSA Accredited Coaching Supervisor has been coaching for over 20 years and supervising for 10. She is an Honorary Life Fellow of the Association for Coaching and former UK Head of Standards & Accreditation for the AC in the UK. A pioneer in the use of Clean Language in organisations, Lynne models this approach within her practice and has developed the Five-Minute Coach approach. She is a tutor on several AC accredited coach trainings, runs CPD workshops and is an author.
