About the event
The Association for Coaching® (AC) Australia, NSW are delighted to invite you to explore ‘Bringing Team Coaching to Life’ with Chip McFarlane.
“Did the Program, Got the Models, “Now What?”: Bringing Team Coaching to Life”
Team coaching is a domain of development that is continuing to grow in prominence. By moving beyond focussing simply on the individual, sustainably transforming cultures, organisations, and systems has a greater possibility and likelihood.
Imagine this: You’ve attended a training program on team coaching. The program structure was well thought-out and delivered. The learning outcomes were both clearly laid out and fulfilled. The content and models met or surpassed your expectations. All in all, there is good will and a warm glow as you fill in the feedback forms.
A few days (or weeks) later, you arrive to a pivotal team coaching moment, things aren’t quite (or possibly are) progressing as described in the program, and you find yourself asking “Now what?”
Join Chip McFarlane to explore those crucial next step opportunities on your coaching journey. Rather than adding more models, we will spend time on how to apply what you have learned. The session will include discussion, sharing, an interesting scenario or two, and reflection. This will be an opportunity to tap into the collective wisdom of all the attending coaches and walk away with actionable steps for the stage of the Team coaching process that you have arrived at.
