About this Event:

When we train as a coach we tend to get channeled into one method or approach, then as we grow and develop as a coach we learn about varying approaches to coaching, some of which are easy to understand and integrate into our own practice and some of which appear mystifying and inaccessible.  This session will give you an overview of different methods and approaches, helping you decide which ones you’d like to find out more about in the future.

In this Virtual Event you will:

  • Be introduced to a range of coaching methods and approaches
  • Understand which approaches might work for you and be integrated into your own practice
  • Discuss, debate and evaluate the different approaches
  • Debate a toolbox type approach to coaching versus and deep-dive in one approach
