“Reflect to Create!” is a holistic philosophy and dance map which has been designed to free our innate creativity and humanity for inspired living and great work. Elaine created “Reflect to Create!” from reflecting on her own research and stories to support, inspire and resource practitioners to step into their full creativity to inspire others to do the same in order to craft courageous, compassionate, skillful and wise practice.

In this webinar, Elaine and Jean-Francois will dance together to:
- Demonstrate the “Reflect to Create!” choreography in motion
- Offer you the opportunity to learn more about the choreography
- Invite you to reflect on how you might apply the “Reflect to Create!” choreography to your own life and work
