About the event
The Association for Coaching (AC) Australia Victoria are delighted to invite you to join us for a two part virtual event. The first is a discussion on Reimagining Work with our panelists:

● Hannah Stratford, Director, Talent and Leadership, People, Performance and Culture - KPMG
● Jordan O’Connor, Head of Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Performance -Telstra
● Sharon Read, Executive Lead Experience, cohealth.
We will explore how we are working and leading now and into the future, through the lens of key learnings and insights from the panelist’s experiences of navigating the last 6 months in their organisations; exploring possible future choices
for individuals, leaders, business, and coaching.
The second post-event learning session ‘Making Sense of Reimagining Work’ on Tuesday 6 October, 5:00pm – 6:00pm, provides attendees with an opportunity to ‘make sense’ of the session content. Our ’Making Sense’ conversations provide
a safe and supportive space to reflect and apply learnings to your context, through facilitated discussion. It is included in the registration price of the event.

● What has worked well and been challenging?
● What might the future look like?

Daniel Ellis – SEEK Group
Daniel Ellis has almost 20 years of experience across all areas of corporate affairs working across companies including Myer, Coles, Target, Cadbury, Australia Post, Treasury Wine Estates and SEEK. Daniel joined SEEK
in 2015 as Group Corporate Communications Director to establish the Corporate Communications function for SEEK, which includes internal communications, external communications including media relations, PR and government relations, cultural events,
facilities management and social investment.
Hannah Stratford - KPMG
Hannah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a background in HR-consulting. Hannah has worked with a range of clients across various sectors including IBM, BP, Coca-Cola, Pepsico and G4S. Hannah holds knowledge
in end to end HR practices and is passionate about improving business performance through strategically aligned people programmes. Since moving to Australia from the UK in 2013, Hannah has held a number of internal strategic HR roles for KPMG Australia
and is currently Director of Talent and Leadership. Her role involves leading the internal leadership and talent offering and providing 121 and group coaching across the business.
Sharon Read - Cohealth
Sharon Read is the Executive Lead Experience at cohealth, she has worked extensively in public health in executive roles for over 25 years. She has provided leadership using a rights-based approach in leading to create
excellence in public health and community sectors with a focus on managing change, transformation and organisational development. She has a background in clinical social work and has a Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership.
Jordan O’Connor - Telstra
A Psychologist by profession, Jordan’s 20-year HR career has seen her working in Australia and Europe for big and small companies with growth agendas, most recently in technology. Her specialty is complex change management and business partnering
to deliver transformative outcomes. As Telstra’s Head of Leadership, Effective Teams & Performance, Jordan is leading an organisation-wide change to help people achieve their best performance. Her team is also researching how the current values
and leadership capabilities have built the culture at Telstra to date, to establish new skills and behaviour patterns that support future goals.
