When our vibe is low from social pain, we feel heavy and we resist. In this webinar, we will introduce you to the Rising Vibrational Scale, which offers people a safe way to 'check-in' regularly around how they are feeling and choose the thoughts that serve them better.
Webinar 2: The 6 C's
Do you know what's expected of you? Explicitly? Do you know what you need to know, and can you do what you need to do to deliver on these expectations? How confident do you feel about delivering on them? In this webinar, we look
at how important having Clarity, Capability, Collaboration, Confidence, Connection, and feeling cared about are to the people in your business.
Webinar 3: Problem Versus Outcome Focus
Where is our focus of attention? Are we moving away from something that we don't like, or towards something that we do? Are we focused on the problem we don't want, or on the outcome that we do? In this webinar, we discuss how our limiting
beliefs, and resulting created thoughts, may be holding us back from getting more of what we want.

Most of us like to 'plan'. Most of us think it's important to know the 'how'. Most of us like to know when things are going to happen. This is a good practice, right? No. Unless we have a compelling What, with plenty of Why's,
and stay focused here long enough, the planning of the when and the how will be an effort, it will not help us move forwards, in fact, it will bring in resistance and even keep us stuck where we were. In this webinar, we will discuss how to
avoid self-doubt and avoidance by getting stuck into the What and Why's first.
