The Association for Coaching (AC) Australia- Victoria are delighted to invite you to join us for: Learning to relax with uncertainty through Mindfulness.
Facilitated by Angie Tenace, from Vitality Matters. The intention of this session is to explore how mindfulness can support an individual’s ability to flow with change and maximise their potential, as a complement to the coaching experience.
As we continue to witness vast uncertainty in 2020 due to CoVid19, one of the key challenges for people right now is internally being able to keep up with the pace of change whilst finding a new and evolved version of themselves to cope with the changes.
Mindfulness emphasises how we can more fully inhabit our lives, being present with whatever is happening in the moment, and exploring what brings us happiness, causes suffering and connects us together.
Backed by science, this event will introduce elements of mindfulness that contributes to building internal resources such as resilience, grit, compassion, empathy and adaptability.
The second post-event learning session Making Sense of ‘Learning to relax with uncertainty through Mindfulness.’ on 4th November, 5:00pm – 6:00pm, provides attendees with an opportunity to ‘make sense’ of the main event content, and is included when you register for the event. Our ’Making Sense’ conversations are intended to provide a safe and supportive space to reflect and explore applying your learning within your context, through facilitated discussion.

• How mindfulness can support your key stakeholders and yourself to cope with the uncertainty of CoVid19
• How to embody compassion in the context of significant challenges to befriend yourself and deepen your connection with others
• Elements of mindfulness that contribute to building internal resources such as resilience, grit, compassion, empathy and adaptability.

Angie TenaceAngie is an executive coach, yoga and meditation teacher, mindfulness coach and author. An educator trained in music and psychology, she is committed to her vision to help people find their inner wisdom to live with purpose, meaning and vitality. With
almost twenty years of meditation teaching experience and corporate cultural change leadership experience, Angie is currently running mindfulness retreats through her business Vitality Matters whilst embarking on a PhD in coaching, compassion and mindfulness.
She offers executive coaching and corporate workshops in leadership, mindset and wellbeing, and in more recent times has become a regular presenter with Yoga Australia and Meditation Australia. Angie is a committee member of the Association for Coaching,
Victoria. Angie lives on the Mornington Peninsular with her A-Team - they make her sparkle every day!
Angie has always been massively inspired by others and has collected and tested wisdom teachings and practices that help to create inner-calm, vitality and flourishing.
