Her ‘Scenario Thinking Framework™ will help you to navigate your way through adversity with confidence, increasing your leadership adaptability, resilience and decision making. Thrive, instead of survive”.

In this interactive session we will explore:

  • The relationship between the status quo and adversity and HOW to effect change

  • Navigating the shift from High Achiever to High Performer

  • Unleashing Thinking Power, Adaptability and  Decision Making through the Scenario Thinking Framework™.

Speaker Bio

Claudia had her own Executive Coaching business in the Netherlands for 8.5 years, before she moved to Australia, on her own, at 44 years old in 2012. Determined to build her dream life here, she continued her sailing passion, but unfortunately in the 3rd month after she arrived, she got - quite literally - knocked back with a severe concussion: adding accident #8 to her list of 9 impactful accidents with recovery times taking between 9 months to 2.5yrs.

From these events and throughout her career (as a lawyer for a Dutch top tier law firm, and as a member of 2 Country Management Teams based in Amsterdam and Singapore, for a UK global professional services firm), she took her learnings and insights to heart and developed her own method “The Scenario Thinking Framework™” (STF in short) and wrote her book “The Adversity Advantage”.

An Executive Coach since 2005, she was able to set up her own coaching business again in Australia, and she just became a finalist in the Altitude Awards, in the category “Best Business Under 5 Years - Climb Every Mountain”.  A category close to her heart.

It would come as no surprise that Claudia’s Coaching practice is focused on leaders who don’t want to accept their Status Quo if it doesn't work for them, providing them with her signature tools like the STF to lead more effortless and effective.
