Creative Reflections to Revitalise your Coaching
As busy Coaching Supervisors, we rarely gift ourselves the time and space to reflect on who we are at work.
COVID-19 has left no part of our lives, work, or communities untouched and new approaches are needed to unlock our conversations to see anew, create anew and act anew.
This webinar series offers new lenses for your creative reflections to access the heart, soul, and somatic wisdom, thus creating new possibilities for yourself and your clients.
Elaine and Karyn will share their passion for creative reflection and working with nature. They use the metaphor of the changing seasons to inspire and support transitions. They will demonstrate how meditation, poetry and free-writing can bring us home to ourselves.
Each of the four webinars will introduce you to a new lens from their portfolio to offer you new perspectives to re-Source yourself and re-vitalize your practice.
All are designed to support a wider exploration of all of WHO you are, WHO you are becoming and HOW you want to work in today’s complex and ever-changing world.
The webinars will be experiential and experimental, inviting you to try out the new lens on yourself as you test their wider application to your practice. A Plenary will offer you some space to share your reflections.
In this webinar series you will learn:
How to fall in love with creative reflection, what helps and what hinders and why it is needed now more than ever
- How to work in partnership with Nature and the metaphor of her changing seasons to inspire and support change and transitions
- How - beyond tools and competencies - how working with the seven key human qualities can transform our conversations
- How meditation, poetry, and freewriting can free our imaginations and bring us home to ourselves
We will also consider key learning points such as:
- How these new lenses can give you a new language and new ideas for creative reflection in either your 1:1 or group work
- Appreciating how more of who you are and who you are becoming through creative reflection can deepen your capacity to hold and host ambiguity, confusion, and uncertainty in yourself and your practice
- How you can bring more creativity into your life and work
- Enhance your own development as a reflective practitioner
