AI, Humans, and Feedback that Works

How can you help clients extract deeper, lasting value from feedback?

Join Dr David Drake in this transformative webinar series to discover how to turn feedback into a catalyst for meaningful change. Through the groundbreaking concept of Developmental Threshold Zones (DTZ), you will learn to guide your clients - and yourself - through pivotal moments of growth.

David will support you in exploring a new frame for feedback built around the DTZ and attachment theory that is dialogical rather than transactional.

Finally, David will showcase an AI-based application that accelerates the use of feedback in bringing about change. You will explore the implications of AI and discuss how these approaches can enrich our coaching and why the world needs them even more now.

Description of each webinar

Webinar One: Help your clients grow

The first session will introduce the Developmental Threshold Zones (DTZ), and you will be guided on how to use this to address one of your own aspirations.

Webinar Two: Help your clients get more from feedback

The second session will introduce you to a new frame for feedback built around the DTZ and attachment theory. You will be guided in using it to give more generative feedback to peers.

Webinar Three: How AI can help you improve as a coach and as a human

The third session will introduce you to an AI-based application that accelerates the use of feedback in bringing about change. We will explore the implications of AI and its challenge to mature ourselves. We will close with a dialogue about how these approaches can enrich your coaching.
