Paul then transitioned into OD roles, starting with a role leading BP’s first-ever global leadership program. He moved to Sydney before starting his own business in 2007. He has over 5,000 coaching hours and has published six books and more than a dozen academic articles and book chapters. Paul has taught coaching at the Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, teaches on the Oxford Brookes coaching supervision program, and is an Honorary Research Associate at Oxford Brookes University.</span></p><p style="color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; color: #64656a;"><span style="font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;"><strong>Dr Suzi Skinner (PhD)</strong> is a published author, researcher, international leadership advisor and Managing Director of Roar People - a global leadership consultancy. 		<p>Reading Nancy Kline’s book Time to Think, meeting her in 2008, and then going on to experience the power of uninterrupted attention set Ruth on a completely new path in life in her early 50s . She discovered that thinking for yourself past limiting assumptions is a radical act that requires practice; listening without interruption is a way of being with others that transforms relationships and results.  </p>

Paul then transitioned into OD roles, starting with a role leading BP’s first-ever global leadership program. He moved to Sydney before starting his own business in 2007. He has over 5,000 coaching hours and has published six books and more than a dozen academic articles and book chapters. <p>Join us for an informal summer gathering in Dublin, bringing together coaches, coaching leaders and members of the wider coaching community for an evening of connection, conversation and community. </p>

<p>We're delighted to be joined by Katherine Tulpa, CEO and Co-Founder of the Association for Coaching, Ian Mitchell, European Chair of the Association for Coaching and Suzy Green, CEO and Founder of The Positivity Institute. Ian will host a discussion on 'Positive psychology and coaching: the intersection’ followed by informal networking.</p>

<p>Enjoy canapés and relaxed conversation in a welcoming setting, with the opportunity to meet fellow coaches, exchange ideas, strengthen professional connections and hear what's emerging across the coaching community.</p>

We seek data to forecast the future, shape strategies to minimise risk, and use AI to do our thinking for us. Yet despite our best efforts, complexity and uncertainty keep outpacing us. Control becomes contraction and we find ourselves caught up in cycles of stress, stagnation and silo-working.         <p>Christina is an Executive Coach and team coach assessor lead at the Association for Coaching, where she supports coaches in developing their skills and impact. With a background in senior leadership and coaching at Barclays Bank, she has worked with senior leaders across multiple industries, helping them navigate change, build high-performing teams, and lead with authenticity. She coaches globally across banking, finance, professional services, retail, education, and more, blending business insight with a calm yet challenging approach. Christina is passionate about fostering deep, insightful conversations.</p>
