ADHD and Other Neurodivergent Reflective Practitioner Groups, for Coach Supervisors

These bi-monthly groups offer a focused reflective space for Coach Supervisors who want to deepen their understanding of ADHD and other neurodivergent presentations in coaching.

As supervision continues to evolve, many coaches are working with neurodivergent clients. This creates important opportunities and responsibilities for supervisors. These small, collaborative groups allow you to explore the practical, ethical and relational considerations that underpin effective neurodivergent affirming supervision.

Whether you are new to this area or developing existing expertise, this is a space to reflect on your supervisory practice, strengthen your confidence, and build your capability in supporting coaches working with neurodivergence.

Groups are intentionally small to encourage meaningful dialogue and shared learning.

Format and Booking

• Hosted bi-monthly
• Every third Wednesday of the month
• Members may book a maximum of two sessions per year

This ensures access across the membership and supports high-quality group interaction.

What will you learn

Using Proctor’s Three Functions of Supervision as a guiding framework, we explore supervision through normative, formative and restorative lenses.

Normative – Ethical and professional practice

• Neuro-affirming language and inclusive practice
• Boundaries and scope of practice (coaching and therapy considerations)
• Avoiding assumptions and bias
• Maintaining professional standards when working with difference

Formative – Developing supervisory capability

• Strengths-based approaches to neurodivergence
• Understanding executive function differences
• Communication adjustments and coaching adaptations
• Supporting coaches to recognize and work with neurodivergent strengths

Restorative – Supporting wellbeing

• Managing complexity in supervision
• Preventing burnout when working with higher support needs
• Supporting coach wellbeing
• Supervisor self-care and reflective resilience

You will leave with greater clarity, increased confidence, and practical insight that you can immediately apply within your supervision practice.

This group is designed for:

• Association for Coaching Coach Supervisor members
• Supervisors who are supporting coaches working with ADHD or neurodivergent clients
• Supervisors who want to build a more inclusive and neurodivergent-affirming practice
• Experienced supervisors seeking peer reflection in a specialist area

This is not a training course. It is a reflective professional space grounded in shared expertise, lived experience, and collective learning.

Host Bio

Charlotte Green is a master executive coach and accredited coach supervisor with extensive experience supporting leaders, coaches, and teams. She is neurodivergence-informed and holds an Accredited ADHD Coaching Certificate, bringing insight into how neurodivergent perspectives shape communication, decision-making, and leadership.

With over 2,000 coaching hours and a collaborative, reflective approach, Charlotte helps coaches and leaders explore personality, communication styles, and relational dynamics. Her work combines curiosity, practical guidance, and a light-hearted, supportive style to deepen understanding and foster inclusive coaching practices.

What will happen in this Virtual Café?

There will be light touch hosting by Coach Supervisor members enabling all participants to chat, share and learn from each other. There will be a menu of rooms available to join, each labelled with a topic or theme brought by participants to that particular session. Participants can remain in one discussion group or move into different discussion groups depending upon their interest in the selected topics.
