I see my role as catching fireworks, supporting creative people to light the blue touch paper of their vision, then ground it in reality, whilst retaining the colour, sparkle, excitement and dazzle. I work by holding the tension between the out there vision and the downright practical and with people across all creative disciplines, at all stages of their careers. I support people in seeing that the skills and imagination which make them creative can be used in all areas of their working lives. Alongside my coaching skills, I have over 30 years experience of working in the arts.
For individuaIs, I offer one-to-one coaching by phone, Skype or face to face, working on areas such as: finding your vision; taking a project from idea to action; overcoming the perceived blocks; exit strategies - getting you out of where you are now to where you want to be.
My book, "What's Your Excuse for not Succeeding as an Artist?", was published on 1st October 2018.
