Through the application of psychological theories, adult learning principles, and reflective ethical practice, CMA aspires to be your preferred Continuing Professional Development/Education (CPD/E) provider in coaching psychology.
Our flagship programme, Senior Practitioner Qualification to Coaching Psychology, is approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS) Learning Centre for the purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). We also provide modular training accreditation and member support - including resources and networking opportunities that would help raise your profile as a coach/mentor, enhance career prospects and improve earnings potential.
CHRISTIN TAN - Organisational and Coaching Psychologist MBA, MSc, MCoun, MBPsS, MISCP, MSPS
Christin Tan has worked in the private, public and voluntary sector across different industries, including banking and finance, correctional services, and education. She dropped out of college and started working at a young age. Having gone through a difficult period in her life, she went on to be trained as a counsellor (MCoun), and in her early career has worked with many troubled teens, helping them to transition successfully into adulthood.
More recently, Christin has travelled and worked in non-traditional domains, having obtained an MBA (Entrepreneurial Management) and MSc (Occupational Psychology). She uses Industrial-Organisational Psychology to help those who help others, and is actively involved in Social Technopreneurship and fourth sector work in Asia.
A founding member of Coaching and Mentoring Asia, 2wardustainability, and book author to ‘Entrepreneurial Personality for a Sustainable Competitive Advantage’, Christin is passionate to promote and advance coaching psychology and industrial-organisational psychology in Asia.
