Eadine has worked in world-class organisations (GE and Accenture) and had responsibility for Operations, HR and IT when operating at board level.
Eadine has a passion for leadership development (high potentials through to senior manager level) as well as supporting leaders through career transition. These processes involve 1:1 coaching supported by relevant tools (e.g. Myers Briggs, 16PF and Leadership Development methodologies) as appropriate.
