Hello! My name is Dr Sonia Russell, a Stress Management Consultant, and Well-being Coach. My mission is to work with you in order to encourage and guide you towards leading a successful, and healthier lifestyle. Drawing on the positive changes that I have made in my life, I believe that with vision and support, it is possible, for you to do the same. Together we can work on your goals to improve your work-life balance, reduce stress, a combination of all if required, and ultimately, to improve your self-esteem, and overall well-being. Working with me you will be able to explore and navigate your journey towards a transformation of your life, as you become your best, healthy self. My Doctorate in Education, Accredited Diplomas in Nutrition, Stress Management, and Coaching; Membership of The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP), and Associate Membership of ISMA (Institute of Stress Management) have provided me with skills and training to support and coach you.
To support my clients, coaching sessions are carried out on a one-to-one basis which can take place on the telephone, by email, Skype, or by meeting face to face. For clients who would like to be coached within a group setting; that is also possible. Coaching sessions last for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or an hour. Workshops can also be arranged for organisations seeking to improve the well-being of their staff.
