Paul specialises in executive coaching and leadership development. He spent some time in the Civil Service before moving to the financial services sector where he built up 17 years experience. He is an associate tutor with Roffey Park Institute. He has worked with hundreds of professionals across a wide variety of sectors - from CEO to Middle Manager. He has been Director of his own company since 2004.
Paul works with individuals one to one to help them perform more effectively by offering insight, direction and a step by step approach to agree goals with them. He is qualified in MBTI, OPQ, SDI and the interpretation and facilitation of 360 degree feedback. Assessment and development centres also offered.
