She combines a background in occupational psychology with an understanding gained from coaching across markets and cultures. Her eclectic style includes many theories and models, aiding clients understanding, and allowing them to build a broad range of techniques.
Olivia has extensive experience within a wide range of industries including consultancy, financial services and construction. For 11 years she coached on worldwide leadership programmes for London Business School, and worked with executives at Duke CE, LSE, and Imperial College. Personal clients include Arup, Barclays, Grant Thornton, KPMG, McKinsey, Mubadala, Natural History Museum, and Government.
Her speciality is ad hoc coaching “Power Hours” for stressed executives focused on what’s keeping them awake at night.
