Karen completed two years of study for the Certificate in Coaching 2014-15 and the Accredited Diploma in Coaching 2015-16 at the University of Cambridge, Institute of Continuing Education. Karen was selected by ICE to coach the Queen's Young Leaders 2016 and 2017. Karen has furthered her studies by attending lectures at Cambridge University ICE in Psychology for Educators. Association for Coaching Webinars in “Integrating Health within Coaching”; “Finding Clarity in Complexity and the Journey to Coaching Mastery” and soon to start “Energising Coaching with the Magic of Metaphors.” Karen continues her studies at present with the Open College completing an Accredited Diploma in Eating Disorders.
My aim is to support people through change, to develop themselves in managing their own health and well-being, finding themselves, believing in themselves and having the freedom to enjoy life to the full.
Enabling Clients to understand their values and how these impact on all aspects of their lives, raising awareness of their unique persona, developing how to be true to themselves but still respecting others. Managing/improving their relationships with food, OCD, others and themselves. Achieving their dreams and desires and making sense of their reality
