My mission is to facilitate individuals and groups in organisations to realise their potential, to adapt to constant change, to learn and grow, to make the most of their talents. I bring a passion and creative enthusiasm to my work, underpinned by solid academic rigour and significant professional experience in diverse contexts.
I work in two domains: (1) with senior executives and teams, particularly those where significant change is or needs to occur e.g. during mergers & acquisitions. (2) I offer coaching supervision on a one to one and group basis to coaches wanting a safe reflective space to consider and develop their coaching skills and practice.
