I design and deliver Leadership Development Programs to improve the effectiveness of leaders. As a consultant and coach I always take into account the specific context of the organizations. To work towards sustained results I create the right governance within the organization to build a strong partnership with all stakeholders. To design and deliver my consultancy and coaching I apply frameworks based on a scientific resources. I personally and CLD as a company evolved to an expert in ‘context savvy’ Leadership Development. Taking advantage of the deliberate practice through my work experience and additional education and research at business schools my role developed towards a main focus on Leadership Development and executive coaching. In my Executive Master study ‘Consulting & Coaching for Change’ I conducted research on ‘Leader Character and the Impact on Followers’.
