Sile's formal education includes a HDip in Coaching Psychology from University College Cork and qualifications in leadership, participatory management, professional supervision and is currently doing a MSc in UCC.
Sile is an associate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and a test user with The British Psychological Society.
