Liz's coaching mission is to support her clients in achieving their true potential in and outside of work. She works with people in leadership positions to develop their capability and up their performance. Liz’s clients gain in confidence, become more focused and purposeful, improve their interpersonal and leadership skills and find new and effective ways of resolving business issues and implementing strategy. She works in a holistic way, recognising that there are no firm boundaries between work and personal life, and is equally at home working with business strategy and with personal barriers to achieving goals. With a Board-level background in private healthcare and in organisational consulting, Liz is comfortable coaching at senior level within a wide range of organisations. Her coaching approach is non-directive and she draws heavily on the thinking of Nancy Kline in her coaching.

I have considerable experience of coaching medical leaders in both the public and private sector. Most of my coaching assignments involve some work on confidence-building, remove limiting assumptions, and both me and my clients thrive on creating the thinking space needed to develop clear strategies, clarify muddled thinking and become focused on priorities and next steps and where relevant I use creative techniques to facilitate this process.
