My work involves me in enabling individuals and working groups to surface and manage their complex organisational concerns, finding and establishing conditions and knowledge needed to risk doing things differently. I bring a thoughtful, practical and experimental approach enabling people to learn from their experiences. I focus on how individuals work with their identity and presence, gaining new perspectives from which to take up their roles and effect change. I work internationally: professional teams in health and social care, academic and managerial teams in higher education and business schools, executive and HR teams in financial services and banking, start-up teams in entrepreneurial business and in the Arts.
