I am an Occupational Psychologist with a HR/OD background in Retail and Financial Services, predominantly.
I currently work as a consultant, specialising in (OD) and coaching. I have a business partner relationship with a number of organisations where I help them to achieve their business goals.
My occupational psychology background combined with industry experience has resulted in a coaching style which is influenced by a number of coaching models and is also practical in its application.
Projects include: coaching senior individuals following promotion and returning from extended leave; facilitating and coaching senior executives in restructuring and maximising the performance of their teams; exec/ top team/new team development. I also work with individuals who have a specific development need which is impacting on their performance.
